... on the day of departure I actually cancelled my plans to go because of a cold front that was making its way through the Orlando area this weekend and that was bringing allot of mositure with it, and because I did not think it would have ended up being a good thing to be sleeping in a tent with two young kids in the pouring rain and with temperatures dipping down into the 40's.

... to choose from. We looked at the menu again before deciding to stop there for dinner. It's one of the only counter service restaurants in the World Showcase that's indoors and air-conditioned, and you can't beat that on a hot summer day. Then after all that it's time to get on the plane again...for a 6-7 hr flight to thailand. Unfortunately, due to traffic and weather we were held on the ground for an hr...of which i was asleep through. The African bread was the best, and the cinnamon rice with raisins was delicious.  I also took a spiced chicken wing, some spicy potatoes and coconut crusted salmon.  It was all unbelievably good! ... again. Well Christen was nobody's fool and figured this out after the 2nd time it was done. Realizing this was a total injustice when she re-opened a color book, she whirled the book from the back seat back at us, hitting Leah with the color book. You never learn how smart a 2 year old is except times like these....we've never laughed so hard.
