It was absolutely delicious despite having to do it all indoors due to the late afternoon thunder and lightening rain storm (which is a daily norm in this part of the country apparently!). The three of us watched Happy Gilmore after dinner where I fell asleep.. Absolutely exhausted! Lucy ...

This whole crazy thing I’m doing… where I pack up everything important to me and go to some strange place with strange people to experience new and different things… will give me the freedom to do whatever I wish, and most importantly and significantly, find myself, which makes it all worth ...

... the hotel we decided to try out the Japanese restaurant that they had especially seeing as we would be in Japan soon. A chef cooks all the food right in front of you. He was hilarious giving us a running commentary as he went. He made a volcano out of onions and then set it on fire which made a huge flame and could have burnt his eyebrows off but he just laughed away. He even made the rice into a heart at the end. It was a lovely meal and topped off a great day.

We decided to see what the wait time was for Tower of Terror after the roller coaster because Mr. Hugh wanted to do that again. The wait was only 20 min. We ...
