Round Three is over; Dad/Steve is very tired, but also very pleased that he's down to only one more Round.
It went well, just long. Now we'll relax for a few days and hope that he's up to traveling next week for a few days. We have a timeshare reserved up at St. Augustine for a few days with our dear friends, Marty and JJ Jones.
Again, thank you all for your love and prayers. IT'S WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
... back to Magic Kingdom to watch their night time shows, but a crazy storm rolled in during the afternoon and so we ended up staying in our room all day.
On Sunday we went to Hollywood Studios, where they were having a special Star Wars weekend, with stars from the movies making appearances. I’ve never seen Star Wars, and have no interest in it whatsoever, but there were a lot of fans in costume at the park. We managed to get on the busiest rides early ...
... down in Orlando on business. He was telling me his son actually plays rugby. He plays No. 8 and loves Sonny-Bill. Glad someone does. I had a good yarn to him for a couple of hours and gave him an All Black key ring I had with me for his boy. He was stoked.
Aand the good news is dinner was gold !!! Had a New York Steak, salad, broccoli, cauli and carrots. Vegetables - yeeeeehaaaaaaaaa !
Headed back to the hotel to pack for my trip to Fort Myers tomorrow.
Over and ...
... knew that this was all part of it but I was thinking that we were literally going
to crash, needless to say it was all part of the ride experience, the cars came to a stop just before hitting the broken tracks and then started to go backwards back along the
same track, but this time we hurtled towards the ground backwards and the cars went onto the sides making everyone feel like we were going to fall out, back up to the top
... I was still trying to climb the wall. I think I was also trying to go too fast and should have been more slow and steady.
In my second game, I had no trouble gripping the wall (I checked my gloves this time), and took a slower, steadier pace. I managed to blow up the target before my opponent, and the "old man" was victorious and proudly posted a picture of himself in his champion's t-shirt for all Facebook followers to see.
