... Atlanta at 1500h in the afternoon was a rush, 6 lanes each way, hammer down. I, however, was cruisin' serenely in my noise cancelled, lightly traffic'ed car pool lane known as the HOV, high occupancy vehicle. You only need 2 people (including driver) to be allowed in this lane (Motorcycles are OK too) and there was seriously a 500 to 1 ratio of cars using the main lanes vs the car pool lane.
My last day was spent in the Sydney office (pix attached) meeting with the great staff there. Our office is just across the Harbor Bridge and has beautiful views, which I tried to capture between monsoon rains! Office is a melting pot of cultures, including a woman named Julia for Russia! ... the premises and we were able to film inside with the chef. At 4pm I tucked into the finished product of the farm and restaurant in a truly satisfying American burger. The bacon was what my dear mother would refer to as 'a culinary orgasm', and even the ketchup was made in the restaurant. I really felt a sense of satisfaction in promoting these small farms and farmers and given them the recognition they deserve. A good find if I do say to myself.
