    After a very nice sleep in the giant bed I woke up at 6am. Half jokingly I'd suggested to the rest of the guys that I'd be going to the fitness centre in the hotel in the morning. Seeing as I was up at 6am, I figured I might as well go and burn off some calories so that I could consume more meat. I diligently changed into my gear and went and got my sweat on.
