        ... well now I feel bad... I should have moved..." and then quickly went to pour himself a drink and prepare his bbq.         "Is it waterproof?" definitely is the question of the day. There's just too much water falling down from the sky today. Luckily we have packed almost everything in watertight bags but we still need to upgrade our gear.         ... back across the street and found the desk where we bought our tickets. We had half an hour until our tour....10:30am. Just enought time to see the Liberty Bell again! There was no need to read all the info this time, we just headed straight for the bell and took some pictures.         ... the chores. Tori and I decorated candles for her Mom and Grandmother. We went to Stadium football with Philadelphia Soul's against the Arizona Rattlers. Arthur had gotten suite tickets.         Sept. 11 : Up at 5:30, expecting to leave by 7:00. Checked weather channel....OMG! Does Not look good in direction we want to go. Slow moving LOW off the coast is dumping rain & tornado watches around Newark, DE. Planned to visit 'Mushroom Festival' just outside Newark today...hmmm, Stewed Mushrooms?????
