When travelling it is important to try and understand the culture of the country you are visiting. This means getting away from the major tourist towns and spending some time in a regular suburban area, a town or a small village. A very good friend let us housesit for her and explore Davison, Michigan. Chain Restaurants, Walmart, McDonalds ...

A travel blog entry by marcy_m on May 25, 2013

... on and on. I have to keep reminding myself that I'll only have a week and there is no possible way I can go all across Europe in just one week! My oldest sister will also be coming to Europe during that time so I can only imagine what kind of places we'll be visiting.

I can't wait to start my summer adventure and this once in a lifetime opportunity! I'll be posting throughout my trip and I'll make sure to put up a lot of pictures so stay tuned!!
