I enjoyed the scenery as we drove Highway 60 from Phoenix and Springerville. With our 60 ft. in length truck & RV. The highway goes through some mountains with great switchbacks. We had checked out the road on Google maps street level before deciding on the route. We had to make sure the curves weren't too tight & that Chuck could maneuver our rig around them.

... This involved a very large mallet and metal patterns that after making the leather moist you banged to leave an impression. Very effective but quite tricky to be uniform or consistent. Nonetheless we all came away with a unique design and a fully functioning stained belt that not all of us will be wearing when we get back home but all enjoyed having a go at doing.
