... yum! We hit the road, and although the drive to Kansas City was only four hours, this felt like a long trip. Luckily the overtired kids slept. In Kansas City we went for the nearest recommended barbecue, with takeout from Jack Stack. Beef ribs, short ribs, and burnt ends made for a great dinner.
