We awoke to a freshly baked quiche and pancakes in which we stuck in a birthday candle for Tiffani :) we headed out to Restart where we began with the donation rooms, this time with the men's donation room. ... in one bite. The burnt ends did not disappoint and were almost as tender as the prime beef rib. They didn’t taste burnt at all despite their name. They were basically like pulled pork in square form except better. There was literally no sauce needed for anything here but the regular BBQ sauce gave the meat a sweeter taste that sat easy on the palate and went down smoothly. I wake up at 7:42, three minutes before my alarm clock. It sure is nice to not have to get up at the crack of dawn to get to the airport super early.
