    We set off early tomorrow for our first overnight stop in Hungary. The weather today is awful but the forecast for Thursday is much better. We don't expect to have 15 days on the bike without having to wear our wet gear. It would be nice,however, not to have to set off in the rain.

    ... boat leaving and hence we actually departed Venice at around 7:55am. Upon arrival back at the Venice airport we just had to make a reasonably long track to car park number 5 in order to collect Travis. Parking at the airport turned out to be a pretty good call in that the total charge for 3 and a bit days parking only cost €27.     ... Upon arrival it was just a short walk to the hotel. A real tray of a four star luxury after the cheap places of the past few days. It was half board and included free entry into the thermal baths and spa resort. Bliss. The room was lovely so after a shower Beaver head off for some rest and relaxation in the spa.     ... mountains. The water of the Soca River is bright turquoise and absolutely beautiful! The town we are in tonight, Bovec, is very small. The apartment is nothing to get excited about, but it's only 1 night and it's relatively inexpensive! We have loved every minute of our travels in Slovenia. Tomorrow we will drive through the country's only national park, which has 50 hairpin turns...something tells me that will be both exciting and ...
