... Austrian girl behind taps me on the shoulder and says, "You have no toilets on English buses?". There is a toilet, right behind me. Literally two rows back. I laugh in relief (which almost makes me **** myself anyway). I run to the toilet. Best feeling ever. As I'm washing my hands, the bus slows and comes to a stop. Our first rest stop. How is that for timing? Hahahaha. Ha. My life is a ...

Today was our last day in Salzburg. Neither of us were hungry for breakfast after last nights feast, so we headed 20 minutes outside of town to Schloss (castle) Hellbrunn. This "small" castle was built in 1613 & named for the clear spring water that supplied it. We arrived 20 minutes early, so the ...

... there were. So by the time I got back to the hostel I was ready to get in bed, eat gummy bears, and watch the Sound of Music. A little before 7 I dragged my butt out of bed and headed back out again into the cold. I had told Monica earlier that I'd meet her and her group at the Augustiner Bräustübl at 7:30. By 7:40 we were caught up enjoying pretzels and steins. Shortly after we sat down two Aussies from our hostel walked in and we ...

      Guten Morgan,

I trudge down to breakfast and there is some gluten free bread on the table - win! After brekky, cosy with my ridiculous borrowed fake-fur faux-pas hat we head to the Wild Park with two other Aussie girls. For our €6 we are the only ones there and see the pigs, goats, vulture, owls, eagles, horses, bears, wolves, deer and other animals. A lot ...
