On a lighter note, we are traveling with Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-Ins, Dives. It's fun to find his funky food recommendations throughout the country. His choicest places are definitely not "5-Star Restaurants" or so-called "chains" but, rather, joints that specialize in scratch-made, delicious comfort foods, prepared by homegrown restaurateurs!

    A Thankful Thanksgiving

Their leaves look somewhat like Maple leaves but their ...

... I had plenty of time to observe the 14,000 different license plate designs as each state resident never presented a duplicate. I also noticed the locals tend to speed up in construction zones although the signs warn of a double fine for perpetrators. Part of me believes this is a state plot to lure tourists into a trap. I bet all of those odd plated speedy cars are paid by the government to zoom in and out of orange-coned zones influencing tourists to keep up ...

Got off Monday after 12...heading for Columbus, OH 1003 miles away....and had to be there by Wednesday.

Drove just under 300 miles to Perry, GA. Found a stopover at Fair Harbor RV Park just off I75. Neat park all treed, cute little lake in the middle of it, great electric and cable. Just what we needed after getting in around 6 that evening.
