A tip o' the hat to the Scully homeland! Our first trip since we have been here! Six of us packed up and took a three hour bus ride to Cork, Ireland; famous for it's regatta's and coastal towns. ... we took a lovely stroll down to the river Lee on their farm. It was such a beautiful view. We then went into Cork to watch his sister Niamh play Camagie (the girls version of Hurling). We then went and had dinner at McCarthy's pub and watched the Rugby Australia against Ireland. Unfortunately Ireland won.

... squeals and cries of all the children crowding the train. It feels as if the shocks on this train are due because every bump in the road makes Elizabeth's bum sore. The boys are enthralled and as we go along Elizabeth spies some pubs that look like they do live music. We'll have to come back one night of the week.

After the train ride, Elizabeth gathers the reluctant boys and heads home for a quick lunch before heading into Cork's city centre for an eyebrow ...
