... relaxed pace. Finisterra an absolute must, everyone should visit the end of the World. The fabulous people, Isabel whom we had spent time on the first Camino and Kari who between them got us to Porto, not forgetting the meals and copious amounts of wine we shared. Susanne, Rita, Vania and Marcus with their wonderful youth, determination and exuberance made it a joy to meet and walk with them, a never to be forgotten memory of singing Stand by me at the top of our ...

Shorter driving days now we're virtually in Southern Spain, so we were in Benidorm by lunch. Saw our first Big Black bull on the side of the road. And nearly all the people I saw were older than 70years old. ...

We went to the long sandy beach I had spotted yesterday from the tram. When we were getting ready at home, I looked at the map. It looked really simple, but it turned to not too easy. I like sandy beaches more than the rocky ones. I think it is more fun playing in the sand rather than carefully walking on the small rocks not to fall. There was a tram track right along beach. I through that it was really cool ...

        A visit to Alicante

... It took about one hour, then we finally made it to Alicante. we walked out of the stations and then we were next to a large road. It was not very busy. I like the city centre when it was not too busy. We walked down to the port. There was so many very expensive speed boats. We also saw a pirate ship but we didn't go in. We were heading to a museum that was along the sea side. It was a museum about yacht racing. Unfortunately, it was closed. I had ...
