After a good nights rest we ventured into Robe. We are staying just outside Robe on a camp site near Long Beach and Robe itself is less than 1/2 mile away. We travelled through impressive broad acre farming before we hit the SA border where the appearance of Stobie poles became immediately apparent. The changes in dialect will have to wait. Naracorte provided another photo-opportunity as the late arvo descended. But we'd gained an extra half hour so we're happy to push on.

We wake to a morning that is already hot. Marjory swims in the refreshingly cool pool and David goes off exploring.

About 10:30 we head to the Cottage Cafe for a scrumptious brunch. We then head off to 100k beach where w walk and we walk and we walk...........can't see the end of it!

As as the temperature is rising and there is very little wind we head back to the Motel for a spot of a/c ...

We left Victor Harbour for the long haul up to Robe at about 10am. We had said our goodbye's to this wonderful place the previous night where we enjoyed a lovely Italian meal at Niño's.
