Came across 2 rhinos lying across the road, unsure if should pass them, when they obviously weren't going to move we drove past and I could have touched them out of the window, took a photo instead well nearly. ... it was only a temporary exhibition commemorating Mandela´s recent death (December 5, 2013). The exhibition was mainly focused on the release of Nelson Mandela after 27 years of imprisonment which led to the final negotiations for peace.
The museum also provided plenty of pictures helping us better understand and imagine the life of “non-whites” during the Apartheid Era. That part was really heartbreaking!

Sunday we all went to the Lion and Rhino park, Phil had never seen a Rhino before and it was the only animal in S.A he really wanted to see! But they didn't want to come out and play so he left dissapointed!! We did have a fully grown male lion walk right up to the car though which was unbelievable!
