... game park. Up and off reasonably earlier Tuesday to make our accommodation before dark. Arrived at Orpen Gate into Kruger National Park at 0930 had breakfast at the first camp. Started our drive to Skukuza Rest Camp with a giraffe at the side of the road nonchalantly eating. It took us 4 hours to get to the rest camp saw elephants, hippos, impalas by the score and monkeys. The first camp of the actual UA tour was in Botswana near Chobe National Park. It is new since May of this year, is called Bakwena Lodge, sits in a small roadside village on the riverbank between Kazangula and Kasane, and is used almost exclusively by OAT groups. The major disadvantage to the location within the village is the noise from barking dogs at night ...

... 2 minute noodles, bread and takeouts had taken its toll! I didn't even feel confident to even attempt a chin-up in case I embarrassed myself! We grabbed some healthy stuff to eat and vowed to be back in shape by the time we leave for Oz! We went to News Cafe for some drinks with Louise and Mark which was really nice, oh, and apparently S. African beer doesn't give hangovers! We watched Twilight breaking dawn part 1 and then went to the cinema ...
