    ... swimming and chilling the next day on the beach we were taken out for a wonderful meal by Daniel and Gill to celebrate my retirement and David's 60th later this month.     ... the buffet doesn't finish until 10.30, and we arrived to the poolside restaurant to find 3 types of olives, a half a dozen Turkish cheeses, eggs anyway you like them, pancakes with crushed pistachio and coconut to sprinkle over the maple syrup and a host of other lovely fresh options.     ... views across the bay from Yalikavak were wonderful as normal but it was interesting to come across some villas and houses which had been started to be built but due to the economy has been left unfinished.
