    ... only 4 lanes. We also travelled along some of the old road which was similar to the Whangamata road but much longer! It is also a religious holiday so plenty of crazy drivers on the road! Went past 2 accidents and were surprised there weren't more! Well we made it ok thanks to Hans's defensive driving. Evening temperature a bit warmer here, and looking forward to a rest and relaxation day ...

    We went along the coast on the old road to Gazipasa and then along the new road before taking the inland rural roads to get a great view to the Alanya coast. Next stop was the large dam for the area water reservoir and a small hydro power station. Below the dam were numerous restaurants with swimming pools in the ...

    ... cost road is very scenic, but the road itself is nasty, very twisty but loads of lorries and very gravelly in places. Not an enjoyable ride at all
    Bumped into a Kiwi, he is on his way to London from Cyprus, however he is 5 days behind due to passport issues so I left him to continue his 12 hour journey by himself. Riding during the day is scary enough here, I'm not riding at night......
