      ... there was a queue every time the Captain turned the sign off! The kids and I watched an action movie and in a big battle seen, we had some really rough turbulence and it felt like we were in the movie!
      As this was a domestic flight, even though it was 4 1/2 hrs long, if you needed anything you had to pay for it, even the movies! The crew weren't exactly friendly either. Can't say I want to travel United any time soon!

      ... like the movie itself. This blew us all away - you could not get the smiles off our faces, and again photos struggle to portray how incredible this was.
