    ... us has a wee look round the shops. Back on the bus & off to Melrose place, Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive & Sunset Boulevard. We had a 2 hour stop at Santa Monica so went for a wander along the Pier & shops, had a quick drink at a waterfront bar then back on the bus to see Venice Beach and Marina ..... Then back to Anaheim pre dinner drinkies, load of washing & packing. Back to PF Changs for dinner (one of our favourites). Last minute packing then bed ..... ...

    ... was 30 minutes which wasn't too bad. We went on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride and got second row in the boat but in the front row were 3 giant ladies. Hence on our way around on the river after coming down a slope and hitting water the front was swamped with water and Bradley got full bore of it on his side so he ended up soaking wet.
    As night fell it got to about 11 Celsius freezing cold and we had on the clothes we came into Anaheim in so no jackets. We ...

    ... everybody to Main st to watch. The pram count was high and there wasn't much room to move as it moved past. We were staying to see the fireworks which was part of the Christmas season at Disneyland. This was at 9:15pm and after a long day we were looking forward to seeing this. Unfortunately just prior to the big show they cancelled them due to unfavourable winds. We had not felt a breath of wind all day and there still didn't seem to be a flutter ...

    ... and oil rigs crowding the horizon. By 4pm we'd made Seal Beach and our motel, or so we thought. After handing over credit card and ID it turned out we had not got a booking at the Ocean View. No panic though, our actual booking, Pacific View, was a few yards down the road.     This morning everyone was exhausted so we had a lazy start to the day.

    Maddy and I watched the Disney Channel whilst Mum and Dad got our luggage organised and packed for our flight home tomorrow.
