... airport, a cab to our hotel, easy. Cab driver was a delight and spent some time telling us all that Nice has to offer. Out hotel is in the old part of Nice, quite close to all of the restaurants and the beach. Took ourselves off for a walk to find our way around a bit. Nice beach, bloody big grains of sand though. It's hard to believe that this is the last day, and that our trip is really coming to a close. We got up this morning at about 4:30 and all made it to the bus before 5:15. It was then on to a stop at Fragonard perfume factory for our "free" tour. Here we were told how it takes 10 years of training ...

I had a once in a lifetime adventure to the small, beautiful cliff side village of Eze! I went to Eze with four other people in my study abroad group and I'm glad I went with people so were flexible and could handle the several ups and downs of our day trip.

We left CIC around noon on Sa***************ed to the Cannes train station to catch a train to Eze. It was a calm and uneventful ride until we got to Nice when we had to switch trains ...

... things from the past plus stories and pictures about them. All was in French so there wasn't a lot we could follow. One interesting thing was a glass covered box with a cross in it and arranged around it were small scale models of all the things that were used at Christ's crucifixion as instruments of torture. Next we walked out into the beautiful gardens which were well cared for and very peaceful. They were on a few levels and offered some views down into the ...
