I took a photo, its got a rub on it and was deep fried and there was a spicy sauce to dip it into, YUM! Andrew wanted some more and ordered BBQ shrimp on the barbie and quasadeas. ... upon rainfall, it is subject to wildfires if there is not enough.

Within the swamp there are 621 species of plants growing; 39 fish species; 37 different amphibians; 64 reptiles; 234 birds and 50 mammal species. I asked the guide if they have an estimated number of alligators in the swamp and she said they think around 1500!!

A definite must if you are in the area.
