Beautiful park ! Many places to fish.

          Not dog friendly.

Half campsites were on the beach and half on the river.

Riverside has one bathhouse / Air conditioned but not close to all the sites.

          Large sites overall.

Rained the first day, flooded 95% of the riverside sites, ours (#54) was the worst with at least 4" of standing water.

No vacant dry spots. Refund issued returned home.

Will try again during dry season. (maybe)

I'm so, so excited. I can't stop smiling. I can't believe this is actually happening. This is my life, and I am moving to Okinawa to be with my husband who has been gone forever.

My game plan was to get a huge coffee so that I can stay up through my first flight and layover, then pop a Unisom before the TWELVE HOUR flight to Tokyo. Unfortunately, the Jacksonville airport is super ...

She got injured during warm-ups at cheerleading practice. She got clearance from her PT and decided to come fo FAC in spite of the limitations that would be imposed. She had to warm the bench at Rebounderz, but the other kids had their fill after one hour, so it wasn't too ...

... upon rainfall, it is subject to wildfires if there is not enough.

Within the swamp there are 621 species of plants growing; 39 fish species; 37 different amphibians; 64 reptiles; 234 birds and 50 mammal species. I asked the guide if they have an estimated number of alligators in the swamp and she said they think around 1500!!

A definite must if you are in the area.

... of Saint Marys. We drove into Saint Marys the first day just to check out how the ferry rides and tours of Cumberland were organized. We soon discovered the bookstores and coffee shops of Saint Marys ... and for us, those are the best ways to enjoy the town.

The trip on the ferry gave us a glimpse of one my favorite birds, the loon. Their coloring is different than when they are in Wis. but they are pretty much unmistakable. Upon our arrival on Cumberland we ...
