Day 8. We made quite a late start leaving the hotel at 10.30 am. We walked from the Hotel which was located next to the race course back into the old city centre about 25 minutes away by foot. ... King’s Court Buffet to be a bit frantic. Whilst we would not be critical of the food, there were just an awful lot of people in there and we soon decided eating breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Britannia Restaurant was the preferred option. Eating in the restaurant offered a varied menu with the possibility of 3 three course meals a day.
