... worth it. We got to the hotel and it was stunning and so elegant. We had no intentions of doing anything else but shower, get room service and watch TV till we fell asleep and that definitely did not take long and we slept for over 12 hours. We walked further in the park, stopping for lunch on the terrace of Pembroke Lodge where Queen Victoria's Prime Minister, Lord John Russell, lived. His grandson, Bertrand Russell, spent his childhood here. The grounds and view are so gorgeous that I can hardly describe the beauty of this park.

Back in London we wandered up the streets towards the next station to catch a train to Parliament Square as Kyria wanted to take some photos at night of Big Ben etc. It was nice having the time to pop into some of the shops along the way. We had tea in a traditional English Pub and did a bible ...
... and even a wine frig! The couple who own the apartment are very sweet and met us when we arrived. They left the wine frig stocked with a couple bottles of wine, beer, water, soft drinks and staple in the cupboard.
