A Hiker By Any Other Name Stinks Just As Much

... left us feeling rested, full from all the food both free and otherwise (that night we all polished off an entire Papa John's pizza each in about 20-30 minutes, for example), and better equipped for the journey ahead. With the Smokies quickly approaching and the recent cold nights giving us warning, we were all wary of not having enough to keep us warm. Franklin hopefully fixed that. I was glad that my instructor came up with the idea for us to work the flight from Charlotte to Knoxville instead of us deadheading because if it wouldn't have worked out, I would have not passed and would have had to do a few more hours with someone else. We got to Knoxville about 9:30 pm and I was done, I got my ...

Menu Item: Ham & Hash brown Omelet

Notes: Came with onions and 3 buttermilk pancakes also

Comments: It was good but not as good as I hoped. There wasn't enough substance to the omelet. The pancakes were just average.

Overall Impression: Below average omelet with average ...
