Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin, United States upgrade7... one of the propane tanks went to empty, so it was a bit chilly in the camper until I got out and changed over to the fresh tank.

We have had, of course, a series of 'misadventures' to accompany the most excellent adventures: Our Verizon data card would not boot, so I had to have a new one UPS'd to our first camp site in Wisconsin Dells. But they did not send the same card or the software to support the new card. When I called to complain and ...

This Winsconsin Downs is like a mini Disney - in other words - it's absolutely full of theme parks, albeit water ones, restaurants, shows, tours and anything else you can think of.... however, 90 percent of it is shut down now. Anyway, we persued the thought of an indoor water park, and stopped at 'Wilderness Territory' which ...

Toward the late afternoon the ground began to become more rolling and the sparse trees gave way to scattered woods. Soon we dropped down into the Mississippi valley and crossed the mighty river into Wisconsin, where we found a campsite for our overnight stop. all credit to Chrissy who drove most of the day.

This trip I am taking a carry on suitcase and my laptop case. I will most likely check the carry on as I really dont feel like carrying it all the time. Oh and that 3-1-1 ******** that ...

Friendship, Wisconsin, United States gosiajoey... to the shear cliffs that were a haven to many rock climbers who we met along the way. Many were older than us. The rock formations and views here were incredible. We took a boat tour through the Upper Dells where the Wisconsin River winds through sandstone cliffs and rock formations. Over the years, the Wisconsin Dells has become quite the resort town, but we passed up the water parks and mini golf.
Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin, United States rbluks... had 6 waterpark areas...3 outdoors and 3 indoors. There was this crazy ride called the hurricane, an indoor wave pool, and many other interesting things I'm never seen before. There were originally only 3 of us, but we were later joined by another 3 who live nearby in Reedsburg. Got some tasty pizza from Moosejaw, and spent the night playing Wii and hanging out. It was a good birthday party. We got a short hour of swimming in this morning and then headed home.
