After this we headed off to the bus station where we figured out some things to do with our boat pass as it expires today. After doing this we then caught a vaporeto to Rialto. We walked home, made some delicious spaghetti and meatballs for dinner and then went to ...

... Accademia, and next the Santa Maria. We spent the rest of the afternoon
strolling along the narrow streets window-shopping and taking photos. So far we

... benefit of each city we visit, we need to go through perhaps a little discomfort.

It’s Monday night and we can say that after being in Venice for about 5 hours we have already felt much more settled than when we arrived. Enjoyed a pleasant walk over to the Rialto Bridge and then had dinner nearby. There are just so many interesting shops with beautiful wares and lovely areas to sit and wander about, and places to eat gelati and drink coffee.
