... 9 AM, but because we were doing the EFE dance (Which is a Turkish folk dance in which the dancers act as eagles displaying mainly bravery and other traits) which needed to have a costume, we needed to be there at like 8:15 AM to get dressed and make sure we were ready for the dance with no hold up's. ... we have all been well satisfied. Oh my word, and dont talk about the Turkish delight. What a delight it is!! We love it. All the shops have big platters for you to taste. Well, on that alone you can have a feast!! We are all dreading the excess weight when we fly home!!
And to our 2 birthday girls Nix and Di, hope you both had a fabulous day and that you got our email, Di

Breakfast at our hotel was fabulous... everything Turkish plus French toast and omelets. Leaving Konya we headed to the highway which took us through the Taurus Mountains -- very, very steep, many switchbacks close together, 7000 feet at the top with still some snow.
