... The statue park is basically a monument to the artist who created all the works. All based on the human body so plenty of statues with tits and willys on show! Some how i managed to fight the 12 year old boy urge inside me to take stupid adolesent photos amongst all the statues!

... It was a lot of fun, food and wine; 5 courses, a different wine with each course! I had trouble with a couple of the courses; #2 was grilled tuna, which I'm very allergic to (Joseph graciously ate mine), and #4 was the smelliest plate of cheese I ever smelled! ... back at the hostel. And read a brochure that the Ski jump from the 1992 Olympics was situated here out on a hill just outside of town. I talked to asked the receptionist how I can get out there and took a metro straight up a residential hill that overlooked the whole harbor and Oslo. The view of the stadium was interesting to see, that´s about all I can say about an unused multi million dollar structure. Making the most of the opportunity ...

... so even though I haven't been buying a lot of beer, or expensive beer, it's still pricey. My roommate and I are getting along great. We'll probably start running together. I've only been on a run once, but it was a nice run. There's a great trail that runs along the lake. Helsinki airport very modern & at last we were able to buy a few things to take to in to Dee - mainly perfume & wine which we could not buy earlier due to liquid restrictions for on-board luggage.

... fairly casual, but did manage to call someone. Gosh... Our room was better than we thought it would be, with good roomates and everyone keen to have an early night. The next day was spent at the train station for 5hrs waiting for the train for Stockholm. We had wanted to go to this random mini bottle musuem, but Lewis understandbly didnt want to leave our luggage with the hostel. So... A nice city, completely tainted by **** transport and hostel staff. - Lisa
