    she told me she is just on her way to meet some friends in a german berivian bar . we walked what must have been at least 35 mins further than where we origionally was, to find this berivian beer house ..

    That was quite a long flight! The time difference has me confused about the length of the flight, but here in Germany it is just before noon on April 14th. I had a good time, in spite of the long plane ride. I watched Interstellar for part of it, read my Bill Nye book, and reflected a bit. And when we landed, I got my first passport stamp!     ... the red wine but both were good and warmed me right up on those chilly german afternoons.

    After Simon's dad brought me and Simon to a lookout point where I got to see a fantastic view of the Rhine River. I could definitely see at that point why so many people from across the world came to this area of Germany. As it got colder, we went back into the car and said "auf wiedersehen" to Rüdesheim, and headed back to the house to prepare for the next days ahead.

    ... passengers travel from platforms on the other side into the other half of the train. I once found the way into the airside part but I haven't been able to find it again, even though I have looked. It takes you through a small and not well frequented passport control which is quick.
