      ... I said VCU, he got so excited! The pretty girl sitting next to him (Kenzie) also graduated from VCU the same semester and was now going to do work with him in Alabama. They were so friendly and Zev was certainly outgoing, my kinda people. I ended up spending most of my time at PSO with them.

      After registration we had a little while before the opening ceremony, we walked around town a little bit with another VISTA named Tay, he was a sweetheart. Then ...

      ... in Nashville and spoke to Cody Smith in the Service Department, who told me they could help us. I made an appointment for 8:30 am Monday to have them evaluate the damage and get the right part ordered. In the meantime, I bought some metal straps at a hardware store and strapped the jack up to the chassis. We’ll stay the night in Atlanta, then, tomorrow, off to Nashville.

      Hope the straps don’t break.

      ... Staying in our favorite hotel once again... Lindner Hotel Rhein Residence... its a GREAT location... a lot of great places to eat and drink very close by and even a grocery right across the street as well as a Starbucks (thank god!)...

      ... through for me. After relinquishing my first seat so a family could sit together (don't forget me, karma), I now have window seat by a nice young teenager. I think she is under the impression that I am younger than I actually am because we are now watching a Taylor Lautner movie together. It is a small price to pay, I suppose. More to come ...
