    Day 10

    The largest Turkish city on the western Mediterranean coast, Antalya was a lovely place to spend our next few nights. Our accommodation was located down one of the many little laneways that meander around this wonderfully preserved old city district of Kaleici. Surrounded by the remnants of rock walls, the area nestles in the cliffs around the old Roman harbour with amazing views from every angle.

    ... 9 AM, but because we were doing the EFE dance (Which is a Turkish folk dance in which the dancers act as eagles displaying mainly bravery and other traits) which needed to have a costume, we needed to be there at like 8:15 AM to get dressed and make sure we were ready for the dance with no hold up's.     ... But getting into the water over all those stones and pebbles was not very easy!!!! We walked along the beach to Olympos and found the tree houses where Judy and Dave stayed all those years ago. The tree houses were still vey much the same with not too many changes excepting for the rates!!!!!We spent about 3 hours at Olympus sitting at one of the many shady little restaurants where we enjoyed an ice cold beer and half a melon filled with 3 scoops of creamy icecream!!!
