Our holidays always seem to begin at Wetherspoons! Got dropped off by the in laws at the train station to start our adventure! And my bestie called in to see us off! Thanks so much dawn!! Pint of Guinness before the train to Manchester airport! We are so excited! And a little bit nervous to be fair. Not just for the 15 hour (!) flight either! It's such ...

Surprisingly we slept through the night until 0730 this morning and so are optimistic that the jet lag has been conquered! We have had a fantastic trip and seen so much that we had heard about and a lot more. Each of the National Parks we have visited has a unique character and we enjoyed them all greatly. The accommodation at Yosemite was a little basic as we ...

Another beautiful day with loads of sunshine and blue skies. Today was forecast to be the best day of the week so we had planned to head off to the seaside. There were a number of options for the location of our costal day so after weighing these up we picked Saltburn.
