      Early start, Stansted crowded - possibly made worse by the French air traffic controllers strike yesterday. (Mum was driving really slowly on the motorway and then she was tailgated by a lorry at ten miles an hour over the speed limit!!!!!!!!!!!! :))Journey unmemorable.       ... gorgeous stone building about 900 years old. This time it's simplicity was stark but beautiful.

      Back in the car we had a 2 hour drive which was an easy drive on the motor way. We arrived at Girona in Spain but had a little trouble finding the hotel as it wasn't listed on the GPS. Eventually we did and parked the car after driving around the roundabout about 3 times.
