      ... were awesome singlets. The chick at the shop was totally high, clearly - by the way to explain it, there are 3 medicinal marijuana shops, and 4 bong smoke shops in the space of less then 2km. You walk in to medicinal marijuana shop, to a licensed doctor - an immoral one i might add - and you tell him you have a headache, and he gives you weed. Say What?!?!! And it's legal. SAY WHAT?!?!

      ... behind me couldn’t stop in time. The driver swerved into the shoulder and their car came up alongside me. If we hadn’t been in the outside lane swerving would probably not have been an option and the lovely white Prius would have ceased to be so lovely.

      There’s an announcer speaking in French now: Mes dames et mes monsieurs s’il vous plait… I didn’t see that coming. ...

      The director, Andy Cadiff, calls 'action'. Valerie is distracted - he says again "Valerie, action." Laughing, she replies "I know what action is!!" Betty White pipes up "It's been so long since I've had any action, I'm not sure I know what it is anymore." EVERYONE cracks up - the laughter is loud and long.
      Scene; action, cut, take, wrap.
      Ahhhh, Betty White - thank you.
      You really can't improve on a good thing.

      Day Two.
      Our flight from Miami to Los Angeles goes without a hitch. This was to be the first time we have actually paid for checked luggage, and the US$ 25 hurt a bit. I'm sure we’ll get used to it in the future. No one reclined their seats in our faces, so we weren’t obliged to resort to fisticuffs.

      We woke up at around 5am, still trying to adjust to the time difference. Tristan went to the shops and bought stuff for breakfast. The bacon here is so weird! Its really fatty but all the fat renders off when you cook it and it goes really crispy.

      After breakfast we headed to the walk of fame. There are over 2000 stars and I think we walked past all of them. I tried to get a coffee and found out how bad American coffee is, ordered ...
