The resulting beach was a secluded spot with a lagoon beside it that was well needed after the scorching hot walk. Because of the heat during the day and due to the fact that it's an island, the weather constantly changes and almost always ends of bucketing down each late afternoon for an hour or so before it quickly passes over. Our next couple of days had consistent rain throughout the day however ...

The next day we beachcombed, found puffer fish washed up and mermaids purses then we actually saw whales from the hostel. ... night we were simply tired from writing so much and ordered some sushi for delivery. This is one thing that we absolutely love in Brazil, their sushi’s and sashimi’s. The food was expensive to our standards but the taste was well worth it.

It was the first time in a long time that we had stayed four nights in a place. Aline wished us luck for the journey back to Rio and we went to the bus stop to catch the bus to the terminal as $35US is really ...

... soon to go get breakfast and am reasonably sure he will be sitting nearby waiting.

Tomorrow afternoon we take a lengthy bus ride to Puerto Iguazu, which is the town on the Argentinian side of Iguazu Falls. This means that the conclusion of the Brazil chapter in the grand book of Michael occurs in approximately 48 hours, and a new chapter, the Argentinian one, bound to consist of good steak, wine country, tango lessons (?), and more, will commence soon.
