... other than your basic "point and shoot"), it was still fun experimenting with the camera! Plus it was the perfect night for a walk.

Today I had one class, but other than that it was a pretty laid back day. I have been working on the finishing touches in my apartment just to wrap everything up. My newest addition is a German Flag!

Well, that's all I have for now! I will probably send out another update on Friday after my tour to Volkswagen in Wolfsburg!

Today was great! I went with one of my friends to IKEA as it just opened in Lübeck. I got a couple things for my room and enjoyed Swedish Meatballs for lunch. It even came with a little Sweden flag!

I had chocolate cake here for the first time today as well. I can tell you it was not German chocolate cake, in fact it was kind of weird. They put cranberries in it! Well, I suppose, I have to try something new every day right?

... thing that did annoy us about the bus tour was that is was supposed to be in English and German, however the guide probably said 90 percent of stuff in German and then only very quickly one or two English things. Whatever he was saying in German must have been very funny as all the German old ladies on the bus were cracking up. They also gave the tour guide a big tip at the end. No tip from us! After that, we walked around Hamburg a bit and got totally drenched, so it was back ...

... tried knocking on his door but it was apparent we were not going to get him up unless we missed the train. We walked to the train station, got our tickets and right as I went to push the button to open the door, the train pulled away! Once we got back to the apartments, we successfully woke up Kyle then headed out for the next train.
