      ... of some “veteran” teachers, we found some new food sources which will help – cream cheese and sliced ham. I made Blanche’s mushroom dip last night and it tasted soooo good!

      We know the deep freeze has settled in at home and we’re shivering in empathy. At least there hasn’t been a lot of snow to shovel yet!

      ... his passport. Yikes! I've taken to always carrying copies of passport, visa, Foreign Expert certificate, but now I know that it could cost me.
      Other than staying busy cleaning, interacting with locals (shopping) and taking care of business in general... I finally got my bike into a shop (a nice "Giant" one just out on main street) for a tune-up and new rear tube. That gave me the confidence to do some semi-serious bike riding.
