Conclusion:

Of course, Australian beaches are still consistently the best and most beautiful in the world.
Praia da Pipa, Brazil is one of the first beaches in my not-insignificant-experience of beaches around the world that is awesome, yet ... not Australian! I have also learnt that there are not-Australian beach assets like warm water and no waves, that can be good! Thanks Pipa!
