Easy flight this morning up to Warm Springs, GA. 4500ft, no bumps, but hazy. Landed at 10:30 am after fueling at Suwannee County airport. So, I counted on the self serve fuel pump because I landed there at 07:30 before anybody was around. Well, turns out there is a "Out-of-Service" sign on the pump with a number to call! Today was the wedding day!!!! First Ohno Scot Mama Daddy and Luke and Me went and took a walk and we saw a water fall after a marvelous breakfast buffet. There is intense lightning every few seconds, often the thunder is immediate, with no rumbling, just a loud pistol crack so you know it was close. I can smell the ozone. The lightning offers my only glimpse of my surroundings but it is so brief it blinds me and then plunges me back into darkness, the landscape looking momentarily surreal like a photo negative.
