... to the desk. "are you still boarding for Koh Samui" we gasp ? "So sorry" is the reply "flight delayed 15 minutes". We could have walked it ! Still our coach is pleased, "keep up the training guys and you could be up for a medal".

The 15 minute delay is under exaggerated, incoming luggage, we notice is still being unloaded, but there is no sign of our cases being loaded by the time we board. Short flight to ...

... I had been traveling for nearly 24 hours straight. I was so glad to finally drop my bags down in my hotel room. It was 9 years ago that I was here at this same resort with my friend Claire. It is such a lovely little place right on the beach. I had wanted to come back to do there detox, but there wasn't time. I took advantage of the yoga courses the massages, the beach and the wonderful restaurant. I was thrilled to have a honey line cooler, I have been dreaming about it for 9 ...

... his villa. Now we had met Bob once before and he had told us of his luxury 5-bedroom villa with infinity pool but we didn't think it was free so we didn't get in contact. Mum was saying otherwise, Amy gave her a call and she said that she had just spoke to Bob and told him what a rough start we had - he had a villa we could use for a few nights free of charge! This was probably the best news in the world at this moment in time for us. Amy text Bob who said if we got ourselves ...

... chair only to fall asleep for a couple hours. I almost couldn't wake up. I really think this resort is a little piece of heaven. The walkways, details and soft spoken employees who always greet you with a smile and a sawadee ka make it feel so peaceful. And tonight I enjoyed a wonderful dinner overlooking the sunset. Vegetarian Green Curry. Delish! I relaxed D - tomorrow I think I will venture out once ...
