Sunshine today, what a spirit lifter, everything looked different without the rain. Today saw us making our way back towards Bergen, staying overnight at Forde. If time permits we are hoping to do a little exploring around Forde before we leave. Checked in to the Scandic-Rica for tonight, nicely located within easy walk of shopping centres, so took …

In norway when the kids finish education at 18, if ...

It turned out to be a long day in the car, about 10 hours all up.

We climbed some hills and came across some snow/ice. Sophie and Alison had a bit of a play in the ...

... next to it. They bring an old legend to life that spoke of a beautiful woman or goddess who lived in the area and seduced men to come to her. Any man who succumbed to her charms was never seen again. The whole the was a bit corny, but it was still interesting. It was also very funny to see people's reactions if they hadn't known of what was going to happen! The plan was to have lunch in Myrdal, but when we got there we realised it was not much more than a train ...
