Glorious morning today, sun is shining and it is a mild 6 degrees. We stopped at Lakfossen Falls, this is where in the right season you can see the salmon jumping up river (not today). The falls were amazing, the water flow is probably at its peak due to the snow melting.

The countryside is much greener than yesterday and we are now in a farming area, predominantly wheat. We are even seeing the odd sheep. Reindeer ...

Today's a big day of driving as we start to head north.

We left Forde and started to climb into the mountains. The temperature was reading between 11 and 2 degrees when it looked like it was snowing. Sure enough it was snowing. As none of us had seen snow fall this was quite exciting.

We got to Trondheim about 6.30pm.

This descends to a depth of 250metres under the floor of the Atlantic Ocean and links two islands. The steep incline was obvious and with ...

... hit the town. And what an enjoyable town to walk around (after that bad start).

Once we got into the main area there were a lot of signs. Onward to Olaf Tryggvason's Gate, then we turned left to the old docks - Bryggene - with it's carefully preserved 18th- and 19th-century warehouses. Just like Bergen, but I liked Trondheim better as a city. As we walked along we passed some guys in singlets sawing logs - I think it was at the square opposite the ...

Ale wszystko co dobre kiedys sie konczy, przychodza czasy kiedy sadzi sie kur**mi wnieboglosy, a mimo to idzie dalej, bo dobra historia wymaga i takich epizodow.

Cos takiego przytrafilo mi sie zaraz po "zorzowej" nocy. Obudzily mnie krople deszczu pykajace w zadaszenie namiotu. Spoko, zaraz przejdzie - pomyslalem.

    Pomylilem sie.
