... in the sky, day, and start the trek to the Gorge. It is around a 2 mile walk outside of the city, much of it along a highway and most of it not covered at all, so I can really feel the sun shining off my, what used to be ghost-like though at this point now party tanned, skin. After 30 minutes or so, come to little town and some signs indicating the direction to take to the Gorge. Having my iPhone with me is a big help as well, as some of the ...

... valleys and over forested passes. We paused briefly at the Lake Bohinskjo (not sure of spelling), which was incredibly tranquil. Arrived back home around 8:30pm.

Then we walked up the hill to a lovely hotel (Hotel Triglav) and had an excellent dinner, with local trout, deer, and wine. Chocolate soufflé and pear pie (served in a mason jar) for dessert. Delicious, great service, great presentation, and a fabulous view of the lake. Perfect way to end our Father’s Day ...

... literal rain or the remnants of the waterfall but it is sort of graceful. It must have been raining actually, cause my friend says to me something like,
"Wow, you really do like the rain".
He seems a bit shocked by that. Ok, so we have just established how strange I am cause most girls don't like the rain; I seem to be some exception in the scheme of things; I always knew I was whimsical. :)

We climb a rock, which I need help with and sit and watch the ...
