... I told her to buzz off again. We went and freed Dorrie next and disappeared into the crowd.
In retrospect the whole thing was pretty harmless as they were just off to a better place to finish the hand painting. But parental instincts prevailed - a feeling I hope to never feel again!

Somehow, without the city really trying, I had fallen in love with Essaouira. Maybe it was the beach. I do loves me a good beach...

We had the morning in Essaouira before taking the bus to Marrakesh. I wandered. I bought a gift for my impending niece or nephew, I looked around, I spent time in the hotel using the wifi, I tried to buy a scarf and failed miserably. Soaked up the atmosphere, mostly.
