... One was us cooking spaghetti bolognese masterfully using the water from a tennis court hose, while having our ears blasted with a heavy metal concert on a boat following the Rhine (can you think of something more hellish?). This was in Elisau around 2pm, if anyone knows what band it was let me know! Also the heat was at its peak today (for Switzerland), so we stopped by one of the Rhine's beaches to dive. Man the ...

Luckily we did not have to go through security or passport checks again – we went straight to the departures lounge. We were in terminal 5 which seemed to be quite new. We wandered around and had a look at some of the shops.

The flight to Zurich was fairly short and seemed to pass quickly. We had no ...

The swiss pass was used "again" today when we trained it to Schaffhausen via Zurich. Schaffhausen is up the top of Switzerland right near the German border and took us a whole 2 hours to get there!Managed to hop off one station early to find we were only a short walk from the Rhine Falls, the largest in Europe. Falls are 150 metres across and with the large flow was really roaring and was a ...
