      ... of cheeses at lunch. Some of us enjoyed a lazy afternoon and a walk down to the Delaware River (Pennsylvania is on the opposite side), with a perfect sighting of two huge eagles circling low in the sky right above us, and an invigorating walk up the driveway (you can see why Mal bought a Jeep!). Mal spent the afternoon in his kitchen, continuing preparations for our evening Christmas Dinner - see the various photos!! Hilary made the delicious Pecan Pie, and Sean somehow ...

      ... come from. this includes south korea, mexico and Hungry.
      then a circus performance in front of an orchestra, and finally a $72,000 firework display just for camp, the best i have ever seen!

      6th was another day off, and we had the choice to pay $30 to get on a coach to NYC, but half the people i hang around with either went before camp, or is going after camp. so we decided to do what the campers do on a lazy day - they go into hancock at certain times ...

      That's right... three nights in a row without internet!

      The first, at Monticello, their internet had gone down. The next, it was so slow I couldn't even access e-mails. Last night I was on the road.

      But I assure you I have some great things to tell you all about my visit to Walkill, particularly Patterson and, finally, Brooklyn.

      I should get these ready tonight... thanks for your patience.

      ... but i cant spell) who makes pizza. there was also a live band on who was cool and then after that a dj just put chart music on, so i left - no alcohol :(. there is a country club where people of age can go. i really want a beer.
      apparently they put the canteen on every night and two nights a week I have to patrol the area.

      on thursday we all went to binghamton on school busses, it was so cool when they all rolled up, but they where very cramped inside - ...

      ... s-house.

      Our final destination was Bellagio, a delightful community with lovely boutiques, vistas and restaurants.

      We we have taken dozens of wonder photos but unfortunately the internet service here is so slow, we cannot upload them. We will try again tomorrow
