... Once we saw that the situation was under control, the man, Martin and I moved on. We continued on to a park near the bus station to sit and enjoy our leftover ciders from the day before (win for NZ letting us drink in a public park). athens at the end of the greek island hopping but before the next
park of greek island hopping. I also get to see sorrento and capri,
but have lost out on the wine region (done already), Barcelona,
Venice (oh well), and an extra day in paris and florence. Over all i
think im a winner.

I also have my contiki documents from flight centre, so
im going through these as these have the hotels.

... people battle for the best spots to watch the fireworks on the harbour and the number grows every year! We eventually decided that we neither had the patience nor the drive to actually sit for over 12 hours just to watch some fireworks. We knew it would without a doubt ruin the anticipation and excitement of it. So instead we just decided to wing it and go down later in the evening and just hope that one of the smaller venues a little out of the city was still open.

... When the sun shines on the leaves, some of the eucalyptus oil is released into the air and gives the mountains their blue appearance. We stopped at an amazing look out point in the mountains that was really cool but a little scary since there wasn't a guardrail and you could walk right up to the ledge! ... and majestic as one would expect for such a title. It is still to this day used to receive dignitaries and royalty that visits Sydney, it all felt very Royal and British and it was a good experience for free.

That concluded my time in Sydney, it went very quickly but I feel I managed to see the essentials. It is a great city that I felt much more at home in than Perth, it reminded me of a cross between New York and London.
