The drive home past the city was pretty amazing, I've never lived anywhere that has had a skyline as impressive as Doha. Most of the buildings are for show and to say "Hey! We have as much money as Dubai!" I've even heard that some of the skyscrapers are completely empty and just there to look nice! And there are plenty more plans for bigger, better and more unusually shaped skyscrapers in the next few years.
