After viewing the mountain tops we got back down to Zermatt and got on the train back to Tasch. We got in our car and drove back to Brig where we had a hotel booked for the night. We didn't arrive until 7:30 PM—by far oour longest day.

We walked to dinner. We, once again, shared a pizza and a salad. The pizza was no great shakes, but for some reason I sure enjoyed the salad. Maybe my bodiy is craving things I'm not ...

With the weather so great I said to Andy, "why don't we head back up Oberal pass? and get some better shots of it in sunshine before our short journey to Grindlewald?" He agreed and as soon as the bikes were packed it was off back up the pass to the wonderful high mountains of snow at the summit.

... groups had taken the train up to the Jungfraujoch, a train station 3000 meters up between the Jungfrau and the Mönch. At the top they were only greeted by thick fog and sub freezing temperatures. There budget must have been a lot bigger than ours, because they didn't seem to care that they had spent 150 CHF to be in a cloud.
