... shore without getting wet feet and, long story short, I fell in. The water was cold and I was soaked from feet to chest! Luckily we had all brought spare clothes and Emelie had even come prepared with spare jumpers and shoes! I had laughed at her for being over-prepared when we left the house, but I was really thankful for it at this point! The shoes were back at the car, but other than that I managed to get a fairly dry kit on before lunch. I did, however get eaten alive ...

So today is a lazy day after our adventures yesterday. Breakfast was yummy - the usual bread, ham cheese fruit yoghurt etc but plenty of it. Then we went to have a look around gavle town. ... spot, more like a lay-by, 20 metres from the E4 which is full of traffic. Some picnic spots or motorway service areas charge for an overnight spot often up to 300 SEK and they are not the best! This place is OK, other folk are here but also noisy though free. All the facilities a motorhomers needs are available though. A long day with 12 hours on the road, except for stops of course, but what one would expect when heading up to the edge of the Arctic ...

... this news but EVERYONE in Stockholm is so flipping sexy. All tanned, beautiful bone structure, hair and eyes of niceness and fashionable! I have never ever walked down a street and fallen in love a hundred times with both females and males. I have never before felt so intimidated by so many good looking fashionable fellows. Lucky I too was dressed to impress! Oh wait, no I wasn't. In an attempt to not sound too superficial and materialistic, I AM SICK ...
