    ... looks from onlookers. We then found the I love amsterdam sign so more photos to be had. Bryan again did a wonderful job of photo bombing so good the girl taking the photo hadn't even noticed him in the picture not until after taking the shot when the girls wanted to look at the picture was he notice then there was a lot of laughs and WTF moment??? Who is this crazy man!! ...

    ... After a hearty portion of dunkel bier and schnitzel we were back on the bikes for the wobbly ride back. After this we ended up leaving the famous Hofbrauhaus (because it was packed to the rafters) for a nearby smaller restaurant for a pint and dessert. We needed to call it relatively early though, as the following day was definitely an action-packed one.

    ... I was quite worried that I was going to get dizzy and sick again. Thankfully it was a nice boat ride. I got super excited by a pirate ship on the water. We also drove (floated?) past the Anne Frank memorial.

    After the canal ride, with a few drinks inside us all, we went back to the hotel for a pajama party and more drinks. Got to play the very classic 'never ever have I ever'. Which was both enlightening and ...

    ... along with a very strong south westerly pushing me from behind. The scenery was pretty spectacular: endless sand dunes and pine forests … and so good to see so many people of all ages making use of the cycle routes or taking other forms of exercise in the coastal nature parks. To see such a variety of wildlife was a special treat, including a majestic stag, which stood still just long enough for me to sneak a photo.

    We finally got a chance today to hop on a bike & experience the city the way it was meant to be travelled. We took a 22km bike tour through the city & into the countryside to visit a 700 year-old farm that makes gouda cheese & wooden shoes.
